Three Rivers to dedicate renovated building to Lambert C. Drury

POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KFVS) - Three Rivers College announced it will honor a late local businessman, Lambert Drury, by naming its newly renovated library and academic services building.

The building will be named the “Lambert C. Drury Academic Resource Commons.”

The Three Rivers Board of Trustees gave the building its new name through a resolution approved in its May 15 meeting.

“Robert Drury’s donation, along with his family’s support of the college have been invaluable in helping us pursue our mission of providing quality, accessible, and affordable learning opportunities in Southeast Missouri,” said Dr. Devin Stephenson, President of Three Rivers College. “We’re pleased to be able to memorialize the qualities that Lambert Drury instilled in his family, and we hope to continue our strong partnership with the Drury family in the future.”
