Center Stage auditions for "Our Town" to be Sept. 12 | Arts & Culture

BUTLER COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - Auditions for the Center Stage production of "Our Town" will be held on Wednesday, September 12 on the campus of Three Rivers College.

Auditions will be held at the Tinnin Fine Arts Center on the main campus of Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff beginning at 7 p.m.

"Our Town" is a Pulitzer Prize winning play by Thornton Wilder which takes place in the fictional community of Grover's Corners, New Hampshire and explores the themes of growing up, adulthood and death.

Roles are available for males and females in a variety of age groups. Those interested in auditioning are advised to read the play prior to audition because they will be asked to read from the script of "Our Town".

If callbacks are needed, they will be held on Thursday, September 13 at the Tinnin Center.
