Water control operations, dam safety meeting Nov. 27 at Wappapello Lake | Community Spirit

BUTLER COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - A meeting with local stakeholders and the public to discuss this past year’s water control operations and dam safety at Wappapello Lake is scheduled to be held Tuesday, November 27 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bill Emerson Memorial Visitor Center.

Presentations will be given on water control operations and procedures and dam safety by members of the St. Louis District U. S. Army Corps of Engineers staff. The staff will host a question and answer session regarding operations and dam safety.
