Man, woman injured in rural Butler County wreck | News
POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KFVS)- A Poplar Bluff man and woman were seriously injured in a rural Butler County crash Sunday morning.
According to Missouri Highway Patrol, it happened shortly before 4 a.m. on County Road 521, 3/10 of a mile east of US Highway 67.
Troopers say Tommy J. Rucker, 31, was driving an Isuzu Rodeo when it ran off the right side of road and hit a tree.
Rucker and a passenger, Holly Wallace, 31, both received serious injuries. They were taken by ambulance to a Poplar Bluff hospital for treatment.
Troopers say they were both wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
