POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KFVS) - Poplar Bluff secretaries brushed up on customer service recently.
Over 30 secretarial staff from Poplar Bluff Schools attended a customer service workshop put on by Richard Proffer, University of Missouri Extension business development specialist, during collaboration day on Wednesday, Nov. 21, in the Missouri Room at the Central Office.
